Lewis Tizley is a digital installation artist currently based in London and several external data storage components.
His practice looks at the boundaries between actual and virtual realities. These binary slips often produce bizarre or happy collisions. In doing so the work crosses over many different media, such as painting, textiles, 3D models and film. One state of matter being constantly folded over into a digital form and unfolded back again, revealing new perspectives and insight on our immaterial materials.
